Our classes are fun, require no prior cooking experience, and are perfect for solo travelers, couples, friends, and families with kids.
They last about 2 hours and end with a convivial dinner in a warm, authentic atmosphere.

In this cooking class, you’ll discover the differences between homemade pasta from Northern and Southern Italy.
You’ll learn how to prepare two traditional types of pasta, each paired with a classic regional sauce. The experience also includes crafting a typical Italian aperitivo, a traditional dessert, and brewing coffee with a moka pot.

Anolini Class

Learn how to make this iconic dish of Parma from scratch, with fresh pasta dough stuffed with a flavorful mix of Parmigiano and breadcrumbs.

The class also includes the preparation of a dessert and a coffee made with the traditional moka pot.

Ricotta Gnocchi Class

Unlike traditional potato gnocchi, which can be time-consuming to prepare, this version comes together in no time—making it perfect for home cooks of all levels.

Tortelli Class

Tortelli are a traditional dish from Parma. The classic recipe includes a filling made of leafy greens (or spinach), ricotta cheese, and Parmigiano Reggiano.

A hands-on class where you’ll learn to make homemade jams using fresh seasonal fruit. After cooking, we’ll create personalized labels to decorate your jars in a fun and original way.
